Once your PRE ORDER items are ready to be shipped out, they will be shipped out with Canada Post.
Delivery times vary according to location, and are ESTIMATED as follows:

Shipping Your Pre-Order
Shipment of your regular items will be delayed until your Pre-Order items are ready for shipping. To Avoid this & Ensure Faster Delivery, we recommend making TWO separate orders - one for your Pre-Order items and one for your In-Stock items.
Cancelling or Changing Your Pre-Order
Our customers do reserve the right to change or cancel their Pre-Orders within 24 hours after their order has been placed. Once your Pre-Order item has been shipped, it is treated as a regular order
