What will my shipping experience be like?

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier  Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the Canada Post website. 

 Regular Orders 

We use Canada Post shipping for all of our regular orders and regular items are processed within 1-2 days we try are very best to ship out the same day. 

 Delivery times vary according to location, and are ESTIMATED as follows:

  • For local Canadians orders| 2 days after processing 
  • For Regional Canadian orders| 5 days after processing 
  • For National Canadians orders| 9 days after processing 
  • For customers living in the kelowna or West kelowna area we offer free delivery. 

For United States Orders

  • 4-7 Business days

For International Orders

  • 6- 10 Business day

Please Note: All shipping days are based on our business days (Monday - Friday). These are average times & packages can and sometimes may take longer.

  Pre Orders 

Placing Your Pre-Order

All pre-order items will have PRE ORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimate of 2-3 weeks before shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 2-3 weeks due to high demand of these products, it can and sometimes will take longer before these items are shipped out.

Once your PRE ORDER items are ready to be shipped out they will be shipped out with Canada Post.

Shipping Your Pre-Order

Shipment of your regular items will be delayed until your Pre-Order items are ready for shipping. To Avoid this & Ensure Faster Delivery, we recommend making TWO separate orders - one for your Pre-Order items and one for your In-Stock items. 

Cancelling or Changing Your Pre-Order

Our customers do reserve the right to change or cancel their Pre-Orders within 24 hours after their order has been placed. Once your Pre-Order item has been shipped, it is treated as a regular order. 

 

Made to Order Pre Orders 

Our MADE TO ORDER Pre Orders all have different lengths of time needed to create each piece. Each MADE TO ORDER pre order will have an approximate length of time needed before this Item is shipped out, you can find out how long each item will take in the product description

How much is Shipping?

 *We offer FREE shipping on regular orders over $65 for Canada orders only* 

  • For Regular orders and Pre orders shipped within Canada the shipping cost is $9.00 
  • For Regular orders and Pre Orders shipped to the United States the shipping cost is $15.00
  • For Regular orders and Pre Orders shipped Internationally the shipping cost is $35.00
