All of Little Adora and Company’s products come with our Customer Satisfaction Warranty. If you received a defective/wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Customers must notify us at email@example.com within 2 calendar days after delivery or we have a right to refuse your claim.
For wrong items, we will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment, dependent upon you. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org- we will replace, refund, or refuse your claim after confirmation.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
- Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making their order and contacted us after the order's shipping label has been printed.
- Picked the wrong size by accident.
- Item is too small/big for child. - Sizing charts are for your use, to manually measure your babe for a perfect fit ( FOR PRE ORDERS ONLY)
Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Second, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Lastly, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Returns and Exchanges
- PRE-ORDER ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE. Please review shipping times to ensure item will arrive for the date needed, we are not liable for any orders that arrive after the date needed.
- All items needing to be returned are processed in the form of exchange or shop credit ONLY
- An item is only eligible for exchange/shop credit within 10 calendar days of ship date.
- Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing with tags.
- Items that arrive late after date needed are NOT eligible for return. Please ensure you order in a timely manner, If uncertain about arrival dates please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Returned product is shipped back at purchaser’s expense
- SALE, BLOWOUT, AND/OR BLACK FRIDAY items are FINAL SALE.
- All Seasonal & Holiday outfits and/or accessories are not eligible for exchange or shop credit unless damaged which must be reported within 2 days of receiving product.
- We will gladly accept the exchange or return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 2 days of receiving product. Pictures of defective items must be sent immediately at time of request within 2 business days.
- Please include a note as to why the merchandise is being returned. Also include name, contact information, and order number. Items returned without name and order number will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the shop credit or exchange has been issued.
